About our speakers:
Marjorie Claret-Edmonds is an experienced house flipper who has successfully completed 20+ flips in the last year in the Central Valley. Marjorie is eager to share her experiences with flipping has allowed her to become financially free!

Jesse Vasquez is one of the leaders in the midterm rental space. He manages over 30+ STR/MTR rentals and famously his homes directly to health care recruiters and insurance relocation specialists for up to $8,1000/month.

About the Hosts:
Josh Baldovino and Ashley Cao are co-owners in NVST Capital. Between they two operate over a dozen units as LTRs, MTRs, and STRs in 4 markets including Columbus, Joshua Tree, Branson, and Austin.
