Refunds will not be issued, however, tickets are transferrable. If you are unable to attend, we suggest connecting with others in the STR Nation Facebook Group for ticket transfers.

Walk-in entry will only be available if tickets do not sell online.

Unfortunately, the venue does not allow pets.
Will I get to meet the speakers (one-on-one)?
For exclusive access to our speakers, we suggested registering as a VIP where one of the perks includes a private VIP Dinner with event speakers, sponsors, STR Nation Admins and other VIPs.
Will there be food?
Breakfast (Continental Style) and Lunch will be included on both Saturday and Sunday. In addition, VIP's will have an exclusive dinner pre-event.

Are we allowed to record audio/video?
Short clips of the video and pictures are permitted, however, we kindly ask that you do not record the entire event. A videographer and photographer will be on-site to capture this awesome event!
Is there an age minimum to attend?
Any child under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. In addition, we will leave it to your best judgement the suitability of the conference for minors. Adult-rated language could be used during presentation or with interactions with other attendees, as well as nature of presentations.
