Weather you are flipping in the Bay Area or working on an out of state BRRRR property, engaging with contractors is one of the most stressful parts of investing. In this session, you'll have the chance to live Q&A with investor friendly contractors on what they look for in their partnerships, how to accurately estimate rehab projects, and ensure your project stays on time.
